Looking for a road trip that’s larger than life? We've got you covered. With so many great things to do and see in Minnesota, it’s hard to know where to begin. To help, we put together a few of our favorite roadside attractions for you to visit this summer.

1. World’s Largest Floating Loon – Virginia, MN

This 20-foot loon sits in the middle of Silver Lake in Virginia and reminds all Minnesotans how beautiful our state bird really is.

2. The Large Green Chair – Saint Paul, Minnesota

The appropriately named ‘large green chair’ weighs two thousand, five hundred pounds and can be found at the North High Bridge Park.

3. Giant Walleye – Garrison, MN

With the walleye designated as Minnesota’s state fish, it’s no surprise that we have at least one giant walleye statue. This one can be found in Garrison, MN right next to Lake Mille Lacs.

4. Paul Bunyan & Babe – Bemidji, MN

Perhaps one of the more iconic roadside attractions in Minnesota, the 18-foot Paul Bunyan & Babe the Blue Ox statues stand proudly in Bemidji, MN near the visitor’s center.

5. Jolly Green Giant – Blue Earth, MN

Standing at 55-feet tall, this Jolly Green Giant can see all the way across town and probably even further!
