Split Rock Lighthouse lies on the Gitchi-Gami State Trail along Minnesota’s North Shore. More than $3 million in Lottery proceeds helped design, engineer and construct segments of the trail that winds through birch and aspen forests, crosses waterfalls and travels through small towns.
