Fond Du Lac Gas & Grocery, owned and operated by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, opened in 2003 and has sold lottery since 2011. The store is a bit off of Highway 33, southeast of Cloquet, right on the edge of the Fond Du Lac Reservation.
In addition to the full deli, fresh produce, baked goods, and car wash, Fond Du Lac Gas & Grocery regulars have fun playing the store’s own version of a second chance contest: Players enter their non-winning tickets sold at the store for a twice-yearly chance at $100 in scratch tickets. Some of their players don’t need a second chance, though - check out the many winners posted on their winners’ board!
